Klik is a synchronisation device that enables you to make analog, rock solid sync signals  from your computer and your HW synths. The KLIK revives the old-school sync technique of using an audio track for synchronisation purposes. Record your synths exactly on the grid into your DAW while compensating for the latency of your sound card. Jam really tight between your computer and your HW and add groove to your clock.

The KLIK converts audio line level (or headphone) output signals from any sound card and makes perfect synchronisation pulses in the modular level.

KLIK converts two signals (left and right input) – typically clock and reset signal. The reset signal also has a button which you can use to re-sync your HW or use for sending manual gate signals. You can send rhythmical triggers thru the KLIK as well.

With KLIK you can use any channel of your soundcard or repurpose the unused headphone jack on your macbook by creating aggregate device. Or use an old mp3 player as a stable clock source with presets!

And as a bonus if you run any audio signal thru the KLIK to apply a harsh bitcrushing effect!

Please note it is designed to only transmit clock / trigger / gate information. Its output is either low or high 0 or 5V. It doesn’t output continuous CV signals.

CV Trinity has 6 independent channels with CV outputs, each of which can be set to AUTOMATION, LFO or ADSR. Each channel also has a CV INPUT. The selected output [select OUT] outputs a copy of the channel that is selected for editing and lights the indication LED. Use SELECT buttons for selecting the channel and knobs for adjusting its parameters. Pressing the mode button changes between the modes. Clock OUT can be adjusted by holding select button and turning the top knob. Clk OUT is normalized to Clock IN

Automation is 32 step voltage memory with adjustable amount of linear interpolation. Hold the record button and turn RECORD knob to adjust the automation curve. Clock input advances to next automation step. Automations can be variable number of steps and can be clocked either by master clock input or by individial CV inputs.

LFO has RATE that goes up to audiorate, XOR waveshaping and SHAPE selection with ramp, triangle, inverted ramp, flopping ramp, flopping triangle and stepped random voltage source with smoothing. The random signal can be looped. LFO can by synchronized to clock input (different divisions/multiplications are than set with the RATE knob). CV input controls the RATE of the LFO.

ADSR uses the CV input as GATE input for triggering the envelope. It can be linear or exponential, it can be looped and it can either work in ADSR mode or AHR mode. DECAY is set to the same value as RELEASE.

littleNerd is trigger and clock manipulation module which tries to be able to do everything you have ever imagined and wished to do with trigger or clock signals in your modular in only 6 HP. It has 2 inputs (1,2) and 5 programmable outputs (A,B,C,D,E). Signal from input 1 can be processed into outputs on channels A,B and C . Signal input 2 can be processed into outputs D and E. Signal input 2 has probability mix knob which sets whether the signal to process by output D and E is taken from input 1 or input 2 (fully counter clockwise means it always processes signal from input 2).

Every channel has a dedicated knob and the functionality of the knob is dependant on the output mode of the individual channel. Output mode can be set pressing the MODE button after selecting the channel by turning one of the A,B,C,D,E knobs (now the RGB shows color of the specific mode). The color of the RGB led indicates which mode is selected for the specific channel.

In most of the modes you have 2 PARAMETERS you can set. The PARAMETER 2 is set only while holding down the SHIFT button. The PARAMETER 1 is set while no buttons are pressed. The modes are: DELAYED DIVIDER, TRIGGER 2 GATE / FLOP DIVIDER, MULTIPLIER, TRIGGER REPEATER, EUCLIDIAN SEQUENCER, CLOCK OSCILLATOR and PROBABILITY / GROOVE.

People have asked us to bring microGranny into the modular and we decided to rethink the whole granular sampler idea to fit it best into a small size eurorack module. Grandpa is the result! It has 2 trigger inputs to trigger 2 different samples, CV input assignable to any sound parameter, and signal OUTPUT. The CV input can be also used to trigger grain shift. Grandpa reads microSD card accessible from the front panel and runs on the same sound core as microGranny 2. For each sample you can adjust: sample rate, crush, grain size, shift speed, attack, release (full release is hold), start and end position.

Spa is an expander for the granular sampler module grandPa. It adds CV inputs for nearly all parameters and a clock input to trigger the grain shift. It doesn’t work without the grandPa Eurorack module.

The voltage on the CV inputs is relatively added to the grandPa settings on both channels A and B. All CV inputs react only to positive voltages. The update rate of these CV inputs is 20 Hz. Communication between SPA and Grandpa can introduce audible artifacts to some samples while tweaking the SPA knobs.

Four CV inputs have attenuator knobs. These CV inputs are normalised to 5V so the knobs act as a signal source when nothing is connected to the CV input.

Knit Rider is a very versatile 6 voice trigger sequencer with a fast, modern workflow. There are 4 bars in one pattern, every bar has 16 steps, each of which has 4 sub-steps, which makes it 256 steps per pattern. And there are 64 patterns in total ! This allows you to create very detailed patterns while retaining the intuitivity and speed of classic 16 step sequencers. Use the bar buttons to navigate inside the 4 bars. Hold a certain step – the bar buttons will now show the substeps in that step – press the bar buttons to edit the substeps.

Active step feature allows you to set any number of steps you want to have independently for each voice (or for all voices at the same time). You can also deactivate individual steps in the middle of a sequence. All voices have mute feature and can be set to be in trigger or gate mode. You can also record the sequences by tapping on the voice buttons with adjustable quantisation. Jump feature allows you to repeat certain step of the sequence for all voices which is great for performance and non-linear playback of patterns. Knit rider can by master or slave when it comes to tempo and you can set the clock input ratio (it one clock is 1 substep, 2 substeps, 1 step or 2 steps).  There is also FN button which gives you access to additional features for fast and effective workflow.

The Knit Rider expander adds clock OUT and reset IN / OUT connections to the Knit Rider sequencer. It doesn’t work without Knit Rider Eurorack module.

Clock Out outputs a pulse each time a step on the Knit Rider changes (1 step = 4 substeps). It also has an indicatior LED.

The Reset socket acts as an output or input, depending on whether the Knit Rider is master or slave. In master mode, the reset outputs a pulse each time you press the start stop button. In slave mode, it acts as an input. When it detects a pulse, the sequencer goes to its first step (it will play the first step with the first incoming clock pulse).

An additional feature of this expander is a 3-way passive multiple with clock inverter. The lower 3 connectors are simple passive multiples.

The uppermost connector outputs an inverted version of the signal in the passive multiple. The inversion is done with a 2.5V threshold (0V or lower becomes 5V and 5V and higher becomes 0V).

dual decay + vca

In the front of every ski there is a curve similar to a decay envelope. Skis module has two channels A and B and each of them consists of a decay envelope with knob control and a VCA. There is a TRIGGER input to trigger the envelope, a buffered envelope output which is normalised to the CV input of the VCA. Than there is SIGNAL IN and OUT of the VCA.

There is also a CRUNCH switch which activates a special mosfet lo-fi VCA circuit inspired by designs of Standa Filip. This adds a slight crunchy character which changes with the decay of the envelope.

A typical application of Skis is to take two signals (noises for example) and generate drum sounds with adjustable DECAY from them with a TRIGGER signal. However, you can also use the two VCAs and two DECAY envelopes independently.

SOLENOID can drive 4 solenoid motors with voltage directly from the power supply. Motor driving circuitry and CV input circuitry are optically isolated without any ground connection. Requires external power supply for driving motors. Output pulse width a knob optimizes the trigger signals to be sufficient to deliver adequate signal for the solenoids. With shorter pulses, solenoids don`t move in their full range, or move with less power. This can also be used for adjusting the dynamics.

    Quattro Figaro is a 4 channel VCA (voltage controlled amplifier) with one CV inverter per channel and outputs of mixed channels. Each channel A,B,C and D has its GAIN knob, CV IN jack with ATTENUATOR knob, INVERTED CV OUT, SIGNAL IN and SIGNAL OUT jacks. The signal gets amplified with gain linear to the control voltage. Control voltages above 6 volts get compressed non-linearly (property of VCA chip). Maximum gain is a little above 2. Amplified signal is outputted from the SIG OUT jack.

    Internal routing

    Internal routing enables you to use the QF as a simple and powerful panning /crossfading tool. Two pairs (A+B and C+D) are internally routed via the jack switches, which enables you to quickly setup the panning situation. Because the internal routing is done via the connector switches, you can use all the channels independently by plugging in the cables, which disconnects the internal routing.

    Signal from channel A is routed to the switch on signal jack of channel B (the same with C and D), which means that the signal from channel A is connected to channel B as long as there is no jack plugged into the signal jack of channel B.

    INVERTED CV OUT of channel A is also connected to the switch on the CV IN of channel B (the same with C and D), which means that the inverted CV is connected to the CV input of signal B as long as there is no jack plugged into the signal jack of channel B.
